This class is for you. You will learn how to properly execute the snatch, clean and jerk, back squat, front squat and other strength building lifts while getting in a great workout.

Brand new to lifting? Not a problem. We can get you started no matter what your level. We even have opportunities to compete if you get the urge to give the competition platform a try!
